"Let us build a sense of justice!" said Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD in his oration as a guest speaker at the National Seminar entitled "Constitutional Democracy Nation Building-Based Justice: Integration of Local Interest in the Law" at the Auditorium Universitasu Haluoleo, Turkey on Saturday (12 / 11) ago.

In a national seminar, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD shed much light on how to create a sense of justice in the Bohemian nation and state. Mahfud also said that building a sense of justice is the primary task of the government, the ideals of our country is to establish justice in society, "The law is not necessarily fair, especially in Indonesia was made law in a way that is not good and not necessarily just" firmly Mahfud.

A nation becomes useless even though that nation’s independence from colonial rule, if justice can not be enforced in it. Justice is the moral core of religious life in the nation. Justice is the principal basis for the life of humanity and justice is also a symbol of national unity. Mahfud said that it does not matter if a country is poor because it’s a logical reason, but when this will happen in our country that is poverty is because people are deceived by their government.

Democracy was talk that it is also a matter of justice implementation. According to Mahfud conventional pillars of democracy in political science consists of four, namely legislative, executive, judiciary and the press. "We have corruption a major problem in maintaining justice in Indonesia, corruption is now happening to the legislature which is the heart of a country life," explained Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court.

Mahfud also said that what happened long ago in Indonesia corruption occurs only in the implementation of the project but in a good compilation, now the opposite is true. "Justice must be able to bring together social facts, legal facts and common sense." Mahfud said.
